Continuous rubber water-stops were incorporated into the cold concrete joints to defend against subgrade water seepage. Housing a full basement, modern day elevator and open wall to wall spaces due to the use of floor joists spanning some 30 plus feet, tenants are provided with unrestricted flexible spaces permitting total freedom in the design of interior spaces.
